Community Development

In addition to the help provided by Mentors working one-to-one with individuals, Time for Life also works in the community by helping to establish new social groups or help can be given to provide support to existing groups and creating activities wherever there is a perceived need.

Whether a health professional, a wellbeing counsellor or an individual, if you would like to propose a group or activity please do get in touch.

Some groups may take occasional holidays, so please check before going.
